The word Angel comes from the Greek root Angelos which means messenger. Angels are widely recognized as messengers of God; embodying God's unconditional love and grace for all living beings. Many of the world's religions today have angels within their tradition and belief system. However, you needn't practice a certain faith or religion to access the love and assistance of your angels. Every human being has guardian angels whose purpose it is to love, protect, empower and guide you. Your guardian angels are by your side from the time you are born until your soul leaves this body.
Due to the God-given law of free-will, you have the right to make your own decisions about every aspect of your life. The angels will not intervene on your behalf without your permission. Therefore, you must ask the angels for help and guidance. Once you've requested the angels to help, open your heart and mind to receive their loving guidance and assistance.
The Archangels are a higher order of angels whose role it is to direct and oversee the actions of the guardian angels. Many archangels have been specifically named in Christian, Judaic and Islamic texts. The archangels appear as much larger light beings with specific colors in their aura. They are very powerful, loving non-physical beings who each have a specific ,God-given skill to help humanity. Listed below are just a few that you may have heard of or even experienced:
- Michael- the archangel of protection, courage and releasing fear and negativity. Michael is also great at helping you to know your life purpose and is a real fix-it angel when it comes to electronics!
- Raphael- the archangel of healing and one who helps healers. Also the patron saint of travelers.
- Gabriel- the archangel of communication, helps writers, teachers, singers and anyone needing assistance with expression of thoughts.
- Chamuel- brings peace to individuals, groups and the planet. Chamuel is also the finder of lost objects.
- Jophiel- heals negativity and helps us to beautify and order our thoughts, living space and the environment.
The archangels are loving, non-physical light beings who want to help you. They are available to anyone who calls on them for assistance and are not limited by time and space; therefore, they can help an infinite number of people at the same time. Much like your guardian angels, the archangels also adhere to the law of free-will. You must ask for their assistance and they will lovingly and powerfully respond to your call for aid.

It has been my personal experience that I have much more joy and peacefulness, confidence and trust since connecting with angels and asking for their assistance every day.
